My first goal met! Key West tomorrow...........

So today I stepped on the scale and I have officially lost 30 pounds and I am six weeks post op. I am very happy with my progress so far. Tomorrow I am heading to Key West and am determined that I will not gain any weight

while I am there. My daughter n law has a gastric bypass and is going also. So I will have partner in crime to help make the correct decisions. I am a little concerned with the heat and humidity down there and staying hydrated so I will keep a bottle of water with me at all times. :)

Yay! Congrats on your progress! I love the Keys...so much fun! Enjoy your time. I went on a big vacation around 8 weeks post-op and found it harder to get enough Protein vs keep hydrated.
