I don't believe there is any such thing (well, mathmatically maybe). While I drop from 0 to 4 pounds, since I am in this forever, slow or fast, as long as the trend line is down, I'm OK. I only weigh 1x a week, because the scale drives me crazy.

I drop anywhere from 0-6 pounds, with most weeks being 1- 3 pounds. Since December I've had about 5 weeks where I lost nothing, and one week where I lost 6 (that was this week!) and a few where I lost 4 or 5. The first few weeks early on I had the biggest losses - even 10 pounds one week, but that was post op water weight.

I lost 2 pounds a week I'm 6months and lost all my weight in 6 months 15 pounds to goal down 99 pounds
