Is tylenol ok?

Went hiking this a.m now I have a major headache. First one since surgery I am 7wks post op. wondering if I can take a Tylenol... Thx guys

      I was told that Tylenol is basically the only pain killer I can take. I am still early stages post surgery so I use the liquid form.

    I was told that Tylenol is fine. I was told to either take liquid or crush the tablets.
