I'm sitting in the waiting area listening to the receptionist complain that they have to work tomorrow and see paitents. She's like "...and it wouldn't be bad if we didn't have patients coming in." Then the phone rings and the same lady says, "hello...which dr referred you?...can I call you back because I'm with a patient right now?" Then she go back to talking to a coworker. WOW!!!

Ewww ... I would switch places. How long did you have to wait to go into this guy?

Well...just got out about 30 minutes ago. The dr I saw was nothing like the staff. Eitherway...don't know if I will go back.

You need to find someone you can trust and have a pleasant experience. Some people are content to be unhappy no matter what they are doing. Keeep your head up and push forward. You can do this.
