3 month post op

My starting weight was 263, I am 3 months post op and down about 45lbs. I haven't seen the ascale move in weeks...I am exercising at least 4 days a week, getting plenty of Protein and struggling with my Water intake. I am wondering if anyone out there can give me some eating tips...I have a 30 gram Protein Shake for Breakfast and lunch, meat and veggies for dinner and found I need to cut back my pirate's booty snacking....any advice would be helpful.

More water and no pirate's booty is an obvious that will start tomorrow!

Thanks!

I'm wondering if you could get more protein from regular food sources than just filling up on the shakes?
