I'm on liquids but my NUT said I could have yogurt to since I have had a hard time with liquids and protein. So how does everyone know when they are full say 7-21 days out? Possible even a month out? I'm 11 days post op and I have no idea when I'm full and I don't want to mess up my sleeve by eating/ drinking too much.
