Orange juice

Just wondering if that is something I can drink I'm craving it.

I had surgery June 14th

Really why so? Because of the acid?

I would think the sugar content would be a problem as well as the acid.

My NUT's guidelines say unsweetened NO PULP juice is okay if you don't drink more than 4 oz. a day (probably due to the acidity and the natural sugars).

*Editing to add: the above guideline is part of my NUT's stage 3 diet, which is labeled "full liquids".

What does YOUR doctor say about orange juice? Personally, I wouldn't stray from my doctor's plan because someone else says that their doctor's plan lets them have it.
