I was really tired for awhile as well. I would come here and hear about people walking 2 miles a week after surgery and think to myself HOW? Walking to the mailbox and I needed a nap! It gets easier. Protein helps a lot, but in the end. You are healing, and on the inside your body is running a marathon. You should be tired. We lived on carbs, which are energy boosters, and crashers..so it's just your body saying, WTH?! It's all good!
