Hummus?

I'm still in the puree/soft food fase. I see people are eating hummus (and I love hummus!) But, what do you eat it with? Do you just spoon it at this time in the diet?

I had it for the first time today, I found these crackers that are like seethru little papers 50 calories for 9 2 proteins only 10 carbs 0 fat so i had the premeasured 2oz hummus with those crackers pulvarized them in my mouth it was really good. Good luck and bon appetit

yes, when I was in the puree stage, I ate hummus with a spoon. Now at almost 5 months out, I scoop it up with bell pepper strips and cucumbers.

Great! Thanks everyone :) I used to eat it with baby carrots and snap peas...it was good that way.

I would think if you use a low carb cracker and chew really well, you will be fine. Your mouth is like a food processor

I was allowed pita chips in the soft stage bc it gets super mooshy when it's well chewed. (after 2 week mark)
