Having trouble eating

I am 5 weeks post-op today. I have been worried because I am barely getting in one ounce of food at each meal, but other than that I've done great. On Saturday I threw up beef. Since Saturday I have thrown up 3 other times. It's almost all been meat. I also have been in pain eating anything solid. I don't know what's going on. I see my doctor Tuesday, but thought I'd see if anyone else has had this problem. Prior to this week I could eat meat and eat things without being in pain.

I am just over 4 weeks and am also struggling.. I thought it was because I was eating to quickly, but I am not sure. I do ok still with smushy food, but the more solid protein makes me throw up. I think it is a trial and error kind of thing. Remember to take small bites and eat slow, which is so hard to do with real food!!!

Yeah, that's what I first thought but I've been putting my utensils down when I eat. I eat with children's forks to prevent large bites and cut my food up first. I hope it's just trial and error. I have been so excited with my new taste buds and trying new bariatric recipes. Now I don't even want to eat. I dread it and fear ill throw up
