Swimming.

I am one week out and actually went to the gym today to walk lightly of the treadmill for about 20 mins. Wondering though this time of year I like to go Ina pool and swim a little. How long do I have to wait before I can swim? I can slower but no baths or pools yet

My surgeon told me today I can start swimming asap. I guess everyone is fmdifferent. Could be the early they stitched u up.

Mine said 2 weeks. As long as you haven't had any complications and your incisions are healing then I don't see a problem! :)

I would just go with what your Dr says. Hope that's not too long and you can get in the pool soon!

My doctor took the glue off my incisions and the they looked great. He said it was perfectly fine to go swimming in the ocean. This was at my one week visit.

I am now at 3.5 weeks and have been swimming a lot in the ocean and the incision look fantastic.
