Week 7

I am at week 7 right now, total lost is 34 pounds. I have not lost anymore weight since week 3-4. IRRITATED. And I don't know what to eat anymore, sick of the same things

Try going back to liquids for a few days. But make sure you're getting your protein in. There's also something called a 5 day sleeve test you could try. It takes you back to clears, then full liquids, puréed and soft solids. Google it. Not sure how effective it is but might be worth a try.

I hear u landen! You aren't alone, I feel like I'm doing worse than pretty much everyone on this site! I've only lost 13ish pounds since surgery 6 weeks ago, and that was in the first 2-3 weeks... I've been stuck since then. I've made an appointment with my nut to see what she has to say :(
