What a Feeling One Month Photos

  • Popular Post

It has been one heck of a month. I started Pre-op at 240 and now down to 205 and lost over 34 total inches. I am off 9 meds for b/p, diabetes, high cholesterol and no c-pap machine. I am feeling so alive. I have not had any nausea, vomitting or real pain. I have not weighed the same for more than 3 days but i don't worry about that because I am losing and this is a journey fast or slow. Keep at it we all ganied different and will lose different. Trying tto get better at vitamins and eating more protein.post-49957-13813667011586_thumb.png
