I give up!

9 weeks postop and only 20 lbs down! I get in 1000 calories, avg 30 gms of carbs, more thsn 64 oz of water and exercise 45-90 mins/day 4-5 days a week! I think my body has compensated for the changes and this is it....

While vitamins are imperative to the process, watch out for Bariatric Advantage! I was taking them regularly beginning 3 or 4 days post-op, then suddenly couldn't tolerate them about 12 days out - literally vomited within moments of chewing them. Upon googlin' the issue, it seems that many have been unable to tolerate them. No idea why I was fine with them, nor what caused the switch, but I've made the switch to Opurity chewables and am fine now!

working on a plan..

I'm still at it. I have had several people comment on my weight loss. I can definitely tell a difference in my scrubs so...I'm losing something! Lol

I get discouraged alot too. Im 10 weeks out an have lost 38 lbs. I really thought it would be a little faster, Im following the rules about 90 percent of the time. Im alot better off than before before though.
