Thank God you mentioned that. I was sleeved 6/5/13 and it just felt like I was sleeping all the time and tired. It's getting much better now but I still do get sleepy at times.

SAme here. Sleeved June 5. I know my problem, I am not getting enough Water in. Dehydration will make yo sleepy and loopy headed.

Speaking of....I need to go grab another bottle of H2O. sigh.

I went through that as well. My doctor did a complete vitamin blood test on me and my b12 was low, so I now go in once a month for shots and my doctor also recommended that I take B complex pills as well. Make sure you are staying hydrated as well, because that will also drain you if your not. Good luck!

  • 1 month later...

I being feeling the same so tired and sleepy I belive is my b12 too low. Well see on my next appointment what my surgeon has to say after he review my lab work.

You might want to get you doctor to test your blood and see if you are low on any essential vitamins. I was low on b-12 and potassium my last visit.
