Keeping between 500-1000 calories

Still getting all my protein but getting the damn munches at night. Pre sleeve habit. 5/28 sleeved

    Sleeved 4/10 and I struggle at night too. Sometimes I win and sometimes I give in. Try to keep in my mind that if I have something that late, then the scale may not move the next morning!

Those damn night munchies, I hope they at least lessen a bit after the sleeve. I do pretty well most of the time now. but stress me out more than normal and they are hard to fight off.

I really can't wait to meet with my nutritionist. I was also sleeved on 5/28 and just recently started getting in 400 calories. Last night I went to 500 (because of the darn munches!) I didn't feel guilty but I have no idea what my calorie intake should be right now. I just know the protein and water numbers.
