Did you have a problem getting enough protein and exercise?

I am a part of a bariatric group here in San Diego and the biggest faux pas I see is not enough protein and not enough water. Then that is quickly followed with the incorrect protein type and not following vitamin guidelines. Right now it is ok for you to not be as active as you normally would because your body cannot support itself like it used to due to the lack of sufficient calories. Are you consuming enough protein and water? If so, What sort of protein supplements are you taking and are you writing everything down?
