Dumping or fatigue?

I was just sleeved June 11th. I made a protein shake tonight and as I was drinking it I had extreme gas. Went to shower so I could change bandage on my drain. My body got so fatigued I couldn't finish my shower. I am tired, my body aches, I can't stand for a long period of time. Is this normal? Is it dumping from trying cottage cheese too soon? What is wrong with me? I am in tears, did I make a mistake?

I was incredibly tired but not to that extreme. I did take 2 naps a day the first week and 1 nap a day the second week.

Either way, I'm not sure that caused your fatigue. Are you getting in your fluids? Hope you feel better soon.

And "dumping" would equal you being on a toilet as your body "dumps" your stomach's contents.

I'm sorry you're having a tough time. Chances are that everything is fine. Keep in mind that you just went through a major surgery. Your body is using all of its resources to recover. That leaves very little energy left over for everyday activities. Don't worry, a little at a time, day by day, you'll start to regain your energy. Hang in there!
