Hi everyone- when were you able to start eating raw vegetables such as cucumbers and tomatoes?

I had to wait 4 months... each dr. is different.

around 4 months, the tummy did not like them raw. I could eat lots of cooked veggies(soft in soup) at around 2 weeks.

Everyone is different on what they can handle at what times. My method was just trial and error. If it didn't sit well I wouldn't try it again for a few weeks. Pork didn't start sitting well with me until 6 months postop but steak was an instant hit!

My program allowed raw veggies after 6 weeks. I didn't eat much because things still didn't sit well at that time and it was easier to eat frozen because I could just eat a few bites at most. Raw tomatoes were too acidic for me.
