lightweights around 200 pounds

Its hard for me to compare to everyone on here because of course the more you weigh the more you will lose. So I'm just curious to see how much weight you have lost if you weighed around 300.

I completely understand not getting down by the scale. I know I am strong and have fit in some size 10 dresses even at 153 so I'm thinking I may not need to get to goal of 123 to be totally happy with

  • Well it makes me feel a little better. I know I don't have as much weight to lose so it takes longer. Its still frustrating and scary though. I was miserable at 205. I coupdnt believe I had let myself

Noone except my family knows about my surgery. I'm losing slow so it has not been drastic

I'm 5-4" my highest weight had been 225 and I was at 215 on my surgery date on May 29th. Now I'm 200, but it seemed I got stuck there =/ I'm going for my 4 weeks post opp... I haven't actually set a goal... idk, what do you guys think it will be a good goal weight for me?

My doctor said 160 wool be good.. idk

Wow I'm surprised a lot of you weren't very big on the days of your surgery. Most people I know who were sleeved were well over 250 pounds.

Starting: 210

Surgery: 204

Current: 190

Sleeved on 5/9. I'm a turtle. How many calories are you guys getting in?

The more calories you eat...the more you lose. Right now I'm getting close to a thousand

My insurance does not cover. I was self pay...but it was worth every penny.

I agree... I'm sure I've spent way more on diet fads, pills, etc so over the long run I am saving myself money!
