hair texture

I am 5 weeks out. I've lost 23 pounds and take biotin everyday. Has anyone else experienced a change in hair texture? The top of my head seems greasy and stringy. Any suggestions?

  • I went shorter and more layered. That really helps. I started loosing a lot of hair, I bumped up my protein and it really helped.

My hair actually dried out a bit after the sleeve. I used to have super greasy hair and I like it much better now.

Im 3 months out -- I have had a lot of hair breakage. Biotin just wasted working.... my hair was too brittle - So much that i decided to get a pixie hair cut.

I am 1 year out and cut my hair in a pixie cut as well and it had made my hair seem thicker and super easy to workout at the gym. I'm just wash and go.
