Since starting my pre op diet May 16 to today June 6 th, i am down a total of 19 pounds!! In the 1 week since surgery I am down 7 pounds...... So about a pound a day. Not sure if this is normal or not but I am happy so far with this progression.

      Sounds good. I havent had to go through any of that yet but hopefully I wont want to kill myself when I do!! I cant imagine eating nothing but liquids for a DAY let alone WEEKS! GREAT JOB!

    I've had similar results...18 lbs in a little over 2 weeks. I'm happy with this progression also.
