Lost my weight (110lbs) right away, and then stayed at my goal and held for 6 more months until May of this year, and booked my body reconstruction with not so high expectations of the outcome. Every day I look at my body and I can't believe that it's mine! I am finally in the body that I belong in! I am about 10 more lbs down. I could NOT be happier with my new body and my new LIFE!

my biggest question is how you lost your weight so quickly....

my sister and i sleeved in mx 7 weeks ago....we are losing very slowly and have stalled three times already....any advice?

Your pictures are amazing! We're all your procedures done at once? How long were you in Mexico? Prior to surgery and after? Did someonego with you? Sorry for all the questions.

I lost my weight quickly by exercising every single day, no matter what, I walked two times a day and worked my way up!
I did under 30 carbs a day.....NO rice, NO pasta, NO bread, NO sugar! All protein~
I don't smoke, drink, or ever ever ever touch drugs.
I drank water, I followed Drs orders, and always low carb, high protein!
No cheat days, no excuses, I was serious about the lifestyle change! <3
