Stay away from New whey protein shots. 1) your body can't use that much protein at one time and 2) New Whey uses collagen protein which is considered incomplete. There are lots of threads here at VST discussing this.

There is a product called Yes Whey - it tastes much better and only has about 23g of protein - the good kind.

I've used the new whey for years. Many times putting them in my water bottle and sipping all day. Used them while losing 90 lbs with my lapband and no worse for wear.

Where can you get the new whey shots!

I ordered mine from Muscleandstrength.com I like them I mix it with water.

The new whey shots will not hurt you, but they will also do you no good whatsoever. They do not contain whey protein, in spite of the deceptive name. They contain collagen protein which will do your muscles no good.
