Ummmm....YES! It's a common problem! :-/

It's very common. I drink a cup of decaf coffee most days to help combat this. It works for me. I've seen others post other solutions... this is a common question and you may get quicker responses by doing a search on the main page.

I use to have issues but have regular BW once sometimes twice a day. At first I was taking benefiber and chia seeds in my protein shakes. That worked but tasted gross. I now make sure to eat one salad of leafy dark greens daily. I have no issues with only eating a salad. I notice if I don't it takes about 4-5 days to catch up to me and feel a little backed up... not to the point I feel like I need to take something other than start eating a daily salad again.
