Does tea make anyone else nauseated? I've tried it from different places (unsweetened) and they all make me sick.

Afraid to tell people I've been sleeved
I told my closest friends and they came and visited me in the hospital! They were very happy for me because they knew how much of a struggle I had been having. Tell the people you trust. I'm going back to school with people I've known a year and I'm afraid they will judge me, but I figured, this surgery saved my life, why not share it with the world!? So, if someone asks, I tell them .

Did anyone else want to swim after surgery? I'm three weeks post op and I want to swim because it's so hot! The doctor says not until week 4, but I feel great! Any suggestions or comments?

Potential young sleever -- help deciding what to do? I need advice...
I'm 23 and I have been chunky all my life. I was always bigger than the rest of the kids, but I never let that stop me. I was in marching band for a total of 8 years through high school and college, but I kept getting bigger and bigger. I had the sleeve 7 days ago and I weighed 457 pounds. It's a tough decision and one of THE hardest things I've ever had to do, but, I would do it all again. I KNOW that the quality of my life will be so much better than it has been the last 23 years. Research more into which surgery you are wanting to get. In 6 weeks, I'll be able to eat everything that my friends eat, but not as much as them. Your portions become smaller and you are fuller faster. I can't wait to hear what you decide to do .

But I Do Wanna Be A Size 6
My goal is to be a size 12-14. I'm not wanting to be skinny, I'm wanted to be toned! I'm not worried as to how much exactly the weight will be because I want to gain muscle.

Sleevers over 300lbs?
I started at 457, so no need to worry!
