Hi-

Sleeved 4/30 by Dr David Kim. 1 month surgiversary!! Starting weight 252. lost 10lbs pre-op. Lost 20 lbs since surgery. Today 222. Total -30lbs. Loving my sleeve!

    congrats...good report...I will "celebrate" my one-month surgiversary in about a week...let me ask you--what does your food intake (type, amount) consist of typically?

    Thank you all....tigerbelle, I am still on puréed stage so mostly cottage cheese, still drinking shakes( when I can stand them), chili,cream of wheat, ff refried beans.... I know there is more but I keep it simple and I'm boring.
