My NUT said most sleeves won't operate soft breads well, but toasted is a go. Perhaps a whole grain bread to slice and toast? I love bread, but with so few carbs over the last 5 weeks, I don't crave it. Don't want to either, so I am avoiding it.

I avoid bread as much as possible and I'm not missing it either. :) when I did have some my weight fluctuated more. :(

I have no issues with bread

I don't use a bread machine, I just mix it up and bake. I don't have any specific recipes, but the darker the bread, rye's, pumps etc. the better it will go down. I've really don't eat a lot of breads, or white foods, so I don't make it very often. I don't have a problem eating it from a sleeve standpoint, but just feel that the consumption of the calories vs over processed carbohydrates doesn't fit in with how I want to eat.
