Bad breathe?!

I am about 10 months out and have noticed I have had bad breathe lately... I don't know if it's from the change in my diet or not drinking enough water. But to be honest I really don't know. Has anyone else experienced it?

  • I found a pretty good article about ketosis-related bad breath. Hope it helps! http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/lowcarbliving/a/Is-Your-Low-Carb-Diet-Giving-You-Bad-Breath.htm

I think it is related to ketosis...high protein/low carb diet. I just bought this herbal breath spray from Whole Foods. I hope it works because I won't use mints or chew gum.

I had it to in the very beginning. Thought it was from the shakes.
