AnyonE NEVER LOSE WEIGHT?

I was on May 15th. Everything is going great so far. I'm in second week and my Dr has me on thicker liquids this week. Just curious...I haven't lost a single pound in 3 days. Has this happened to anyone?? In my head I'm thinking this is just another diet (that I can't quit)...and God forbid if I wasted all that money. But I'm trying to stay positive. I kno I have a long road ahead of me. But I have a lot of friends that had the sleeve done in the last few months and they have all been steady losers...like An average of 2 pounds a day for the first 6-8 weeks. Any advice??

Don't weigh every day...it gives Mr. Scale too much power...focus on water, protein and moving more...the weight will come off...best of luck to you!

I had my revision on May 6th and actually gained 8 pounds for the first 7 days or so. I lost that and and additional 13 since and I am only 18 days out. Your body has taken on a lot of fluid and is going through a lot of changes. Give it time to heal. The weight will come off don't you worry. Good luck!

Revision is doing the sleeve again??? Does it cost the same amount??

I had a lap band for 16 months and had nothing but issues so had it taken out and changed to the sleeve.

Ohhhh yea ok. Good luck with everything.

I feel you it has been 3 weeks since my sleeve scale is not moving very depressing and it worries me too

Totally normal, they are stalls, and everybody gets them. They can last form a few days to a month or more. It's just your bodies way of making sure that everything is ok. They happen, and they end. Don't worry about it. Just keep doing what you are supposed to do and you will be just fine. During stalls though, sometimes it helps to try and up your protein intake, let your body know that everything is fine.

three week mark was my first stall ... lasted about a week. It will come back off though :-)

I am one month post opp. The first 2 weeks I was loosing 1 lb everyday. At my 2 week check up my Dr. Said do not weigh yourself every day because stalls will happen and then I would get depressed. I continued to weigh myself but then 3 weeks in stalls started happening. Now I just weigh my self once a week.
