3 days post op MY BACK IS SORE

Anyone have this issue? I'm not sure if its from sleeping upright since the surgery, or if they tossed me around while I was under the knife!! I would have never thought about my back hurting, but it is really sore!! I'm not taking any pain meds.... I don't want to if I don't really need to. Anyone else suffer from back aches after surgery?

My back was sore for over a week after surgery...usually it's the positioning on the surgical table.

I wonder if there are any stretches or light exercise to alleviate the pain :-|

Sleeved 3/11. OH----I had back pain-low backache! My pain started about the 4th day postop. A heating pad helped me. I could tell a difference within hours. I would at least be able to do my walking. BUT, when I was sitting-I had that heating pad on.

I used a heating pad for my back, but took pain meds for my front!
