Odd question...... I'm pre op. Have size "C" cup boobs. Had "C" cup before I gained weight 18 years ago. Can anyone tell me if the shrinkage will be huge? Or are my girls here to stay?? (Told you it was an odd question!)

my breast size didn't change much... I don't think yours will either-- if you were a C before, and still are you have a good chance of keeping them! I started at a small D and now I am a regular C. I feel like I lucked out!
