STALL!

Very frustrating! I just need to vent. I'm 6 weeks out and down 22 pounds. I'm so grateful but the scale hasn't moved in 2 weeks. I just started back at the gym 2 weeks ago 3 days and week and walking everyday. I track everything on lose it. I'm getting in at least 64 oz of water and my recommended protein, carbs, and fat. Super frustrated!!!

I was in a 4wk long stall and tried several things that didn't work for me. What HAS worked is cutting my carbs in half from 100 to less than 50 and No protein bars!!! Stalls are the worst, but I have lost 4lbs this week after making the changes on Monday!! If I can break it, I feel anybody can!! Best of luck :)

Stalls are no fun, but with hitting the gym you are probably building muscle and your body stalls to adapt. I always noticed I lost inches, not pounds during a stall. Just stick with it and the stall will pass. Plus the week after a stall I would lose about double what my average was.
