Surg day one

Getting through the first night after surgery pretty well, albeit sleepless. Both encouraged and concerned about all the threads I am reading. But I have all my Unjury proteins lined up at home and will focus on protein and water intake only. Got my hopes high and my fingers crossed. Time to eat to live and not the other way around for once!

Congratulations! Everyone's recovery and story is slightly different so don't worry about what you read - may not happen to you.

But the site is great for answering questions and getting support from the people who have gone before you. Hope you continue to recover well - you sound pretty organised!

Heck yeah- organized as can be!!! Thanks for the support. This site is great as I travel for work and won't be able to attend the local groups. Always nice to know others have taken the same journey and not feel 'alone'!
