Kinda sad :/

Really wish I knew what to expect tomorrow :( it's frustrating that every dr and insurance is so different so I have no idea what is going to happen tomorrow :(

Meet with my surgeon for first time tomorrow, I have my referral approved and already have results back from psych eval!

Oh! Well, best of luck to you. It's important that you feel comfortable with your surgeon. I didn't like the first one I saw AT ALL and ended up getting a 2nd opinion which set me back a few months. Totally worth it for me, I'm glad I saw my surgeon when I was post-op because his bedside manner was great and he made me feel like he cared!

So write down a bunch of questions so you don't forget anything and really feel the surgeon out. They should want to help you as much as possible and put you at ease! :)

Some questions might be:

-- how often do you have to convert from laproscopy to 'open' surgery?

-- do you overstitch or glue over the staples?

-- how long will I be in the hospital?

What else, friends???
