Stall

Last Wed was 10 weeks since my surgery. I've lost 48 pounds which is great but now I'm at a stall. Last week was the first week I didn't lose anything. I actually gained a pound. I weighed myself Monday and as of today (Thursday), I'm at the same weight. I'm heading towards two weeks with no weight loss. Did anyone else experience the same thing. How did you start losing again?

we all hit stalls, I'm on my third stall right now that has lasted 2 weeks. But I'm not complaining. I'm down 102lbs in 3.5 months and I know once I start to lose again it is going to come off fast . I know it can be hard to think is this it but it will start again. Keep at it is all I can say. Also, every time I hit a stall I seem to still lose inches off my waist.
