I'm only 9 weeks and sticking to a low carb way for may. It's about the only way I can get all my Protein anyway. This looks interesting though. Thoughts?

I keep my carb intake at about 20gr :)

This is a great article! My carb intake is on average 70g and under. My nutritionist said that's not enough. She wants me to consume 90-120g a day. I've tried but can't seem to do it. There r even days that I go as low as 20g.
