So I'm finally able to get all of my liquids and protein in at POD10. I'd been trying really hard to drink the Isopure but couldn't seem to finish it. Now I add a coordinating chrystal light flavor to the Isopure and pour it over ice. I bought the water bottle packets and it's actually really good this way. Just a suggestion for anyone struggling with liquids

Are you drinking the isopure ready to drink, drinks...or the big tubs of isopure powder and mixing yourself with water and the crystal light?

Ready to drink 20 oz. I like the punch Isopure with a packet of the fruit punch Chrystal Light.

I bought a case of the fruit flavored Isopures from gnc.com before my band surgery 3 1/2 yrs ago. $58 and the worst thing I'd ever tasted! My nurse told me they tasted like Jolly Ranchers. Not sure where she gets her Jolly Ranchers but they didn't taste like em. I finsished maybe 1/4 of one and then I had to dump it. Yuck.

I like the premix isopure (3days post op) but I find me watering them down a little bit

I mixed mine with a like flavored G2, 1/2 and 1/2 that first week. they weren't my favorite but were expensive so I was going to drink them lol
