Hi there I am almost 4 months out and have lost a total of 65 lbs but 45 after surgery I have been so happy so far. But this last month has been sloooowew and the last two weeks I have gone up and down the same 1 pound. Scared to death this is it? Is it? I am working out and tracking everything. I eat about 1200 calories a day. Could drink more water ... I am stuck at 175... Any thoughts advice.. Experience...
