I know this is a personal subject, but what do you guys do for constipation? It is really bothering me.

I take a a laxitive at least once week, it helps but they tell me more water and fiber in my diet

A couple women's laxatives a couple times a week.

Colace stool softener. I'm a once a day girl, so if I miss a day, the next morning, I take the colace till things are back to normal. If you use it, but sure to drink plenty of Water too.

I use Miralax every day in a protein shake. My dr says its safe to use daily. It keeps things flowing. Although since I've upped my water intake & fiber thru fruits & veggie snacks, I haven't needed it. If I miss a day, I add it back in for a couple days.
