Never mind I misread your post I thought you we talking about shakes. I don't use the shots originally because I couldn't stand the taste and later because I realised most of then weren't very helpful.

Please look at the ingredients on your protein shots. Almost all protein shots are of no benefit to humans. The use a protein that we cannot absorb. If the words collagen or Gelatin appear in the ingredients do yourself a favor & return then to where you got them.

If you purchased them @ Walmart or GNC they are collagen based.

If you're talking about the "Yes Whey" answers are yes and yes.

I wouldn't recommend the "New Whey" at all.
