Insurance help needed, please

Good news I rec'd the letter my insurance company okayed my lap band surgery, bad news since sept. my surgeons are now out of network. Help what can I do? Does anyone know the cost of surgery or how I can find out on line? Thanks

    Don't know the cost of surgery but because lapband is a specialized surgery they may take your claim out of network. It is worth a shot. Mine was out of network. good luck.
