Has Anyone Tried Quinoa?

Has anyone tried quinoa post surgery? How did it settle? I haven't tried it yet. I'm on my soft foods stage. Thanks! Christi

    Great! Thanks so much. I am anxious to try it in a few weeks. I tried grits last week and they did not go down very well. Scrambled eggs took a while as well, but I also had a hiatal hernia repaired when my surgeon was in doing the sleeve.
