Swollen ankles

It got hot yesterday and my ankles got swollen just as though I'd never had the surgery! I was hoping this issue would go away for me since my weight has come down. maybe that is an unrealistic expectation. does anyone else experience this? I hate having swollen ankles! Any advice?

Maybe you aren't getting enough water?

Yes.. I have swollen ankles. I did when I was down to 104 too. Have had multitude of tests, but no explanation. I'm taking diuretic meds right now, but I think I'm forever going to have cankles (sp?)
