3 weeks post op with nausea

I'm so scared. Went to bed tonight not feeling well. No temp. But I feel very nauseated. I had a BM, took anti acid and its still there. I'm 3 weeks post op and haven't had any other problems. Really worried. Has anyone else just pop up 3 weeks later with bad nausea?

I've been eating about 3-4 small meals, same foods... Maybe 1 was left out too long??? I've had 2 more BMI's and the last was like diarrhea. I STILL has terrible nausea. Even too nausea meds. Still no fever but its so bad I can't sleep. And I'm scared.

Same here surgery date was 3/19/13 I ate a hamburger patty last night and I think I'm paying for it today. Diarrhea every few hrs not good. But I'm thinking it will pass. I'm really not worried about it. I also walked 1/2 mile and then ran1/2 mile so I fig it might be something w that. Other than that hell I fell great. Glad I had it done.
