The stall is normal. We all have them. The weight gain could be a simple as water. So hang in there and press forward. Keep up the good work. You will break through it!

I am 2 1/2 weeks post op & haven't lost anything in about a week. I am on the mushy phase diet. It's a bit frustrating.

There is no way you gained 3 pounds of fat. It's just Water. My advice.......Try to up your Fluid intake and put the scale away for 5 days.

It's happening to me too. Very frustrating! I haven't eaten enough to keep a bird alive.

It is frustrating. I am 220lbs now. I am leaving for vacation June 2nd & wanna be under 200lbs. It's not helping me reach my goal.
