It's very, very hard. I'm 4 weeks post op and I got so frustrated at the tiniest things. And I just wanted to eat, but of course I couldn't. It's a little analogous to how it feels to get dumped by an ex. Alone, hopeless, feeling like it will feel this awful forever. But I just kept telling myself that the way I'm feeling is normal, it gets better, and eventually goes away all together :)

I'm doing much better now, and I'm beginning to see changes in how I look, and the hard times seem like they happened years ago.
