Watermelon

7 weeks out. Just ate watermelon---about 3/4 c. Delicious. Hopefully, it's not too harmful in the way of carbs???

    I've been eating watermelon since 2 was post op. my surgeon said it was great for me because when you chew it, it breaks down to water. It's one of my must haves!
