Get a head of lettuce and peel the lettuce and Into slices and use that as a bun or bread :) really yummy substitute

    Stay away from iceberg lettuce ( too veiny and dense) and try either romaine or bibb or butter lettuce. You will definitely see a difference. I am 16 months out and never eat iceberg lettuce anymore
