Watch the salt!

I was just reading today that some of the "stalls" people face after surgery is salt or sodium intake. Ugh...seriously!?!? All we drink is sodium in the drinks, powders ect.

my Dr told me the major issue is dehydration. ...so I'm not going to freak on the sodium and make sure to hydrate

now just to get my protein in...ugh

I'm having the dreaded 3 week stall! I hate it. It's very frustrating. Hopefully the scales will move soon. Being as we are able to eat so little you would think the sodium would no longer be an issue, but it is. Just ridiculous.

I know it makes me aggravated but I guess I'll just keep drinking fluids and luckily the Walmart brand water flavoring s are sodium free!
